Aleina Beer

Growing up on a sheep farm in Northern Southland, I developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the outdoors from an early age. My passion for sports has been a lifelong journey, shaped by my experiences as a competitive horse rider for over 20 years and my dedication to athletics, where I specialized in high jump at a national level. I've also enjoyed playing hockey and social badminton for 15 years, along with exploring other activities like kayaking and football.

I pursued my passion for sports and wellness by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Therapeutic Massage Therapy from the Southern Institute of Technology, graduating in 2019. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various locations, gaining diverse experiences that have enriched my practice. In 2023, I made Dunedin my home, where I am excited to continue serving the community. To ensure I provide the best possible care, I’ve completed additional training in dry needling and am committed to ongoing professional development. My goal is to continuously enhance my skills, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to each client’s unique needs.
